Det handlar om hur dessa delar p\u00e5verkas av v\u00e5rt k\u00e4nsloliv, v\u00e5ra relationer och den inre balans vi har mellan oss sj\u00e4lva och andra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En central aspekt som lyfts \u00e4r just balansen mellan egna behov och andras behov. N\u00e4r den balansen f\u00f6rskjuts, exempelvis i relationer d\u00e4r man st\u00e4ndigt anpassar sig, blir \u00f6verk\u00f6rd eller inte f\u00e5r sina behov m\u00f6ttade, kan det s\u00e4tta sp\u00e5r b\u00e5de k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssigt och fysiskt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det h\u00e4r blir s\u00e4rskilt tydligt i destruktiva relationer, d\u00e4r medberoende m\u00f6nster ofta inneb\u00e4r att man l\u00e4gger sig sj\u00e4lv \u00e5t sidan. Att inte f\u00e5 sin r\u00f6st h\u00f6rd, att inte bli respekterad eller att g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng f\u00e5 sina gr\u00e4nser \u00f6vertrampade skapar ett inre tryck som kan ta sig uttryck i kroppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enligt det perspektiv som beskrivs kan detta tryck kopplas till exempelvis h\u00f6gt blodtryck, d\u00e4r inst\u00e4ngd ilska och frustration byggs upp \u00f6ver tid. N\u00e4r k\u00e4nslor inte f\u00e5r komma ut utan ist\u00e4llet h\u00e5lls tillbaka, skapas en form av inre \u201chetta\u201d som p\u00e5verkar kroppens balans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c4ven hj\u00e4rta och lungor p\u00e5verkas i detta samspel. K\u00e4nslor som sorg, oro, \u00e5ngest och nedst\u00e4mdhet kan d\u00e4mpa livsenergin och p\u00e5verka b\u00e5de andning och cirkulation. Det blir ett mer tr\u00f6gt fl\u00f6de i kroppen, d\u00e4r livskraften inte riktigt f\u00e5r utrymme att r\u00f6ra sig fritt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hj\u00e4rtat beskrivs som en k\u00e4lla till k\u00e4rlek, trygghet och livsgl\u00e4dje. N\u00e4r vi b\u00e4r p\u00e5 l\u00e5ngvariga tunga k\u00e4nslor eller inte lever i linje med oss sj\u00e4lva kan det p\u00e5verka just den delen av oss. Samtidigt finns en tydlig koppling mellan hj\u00e4rta och hj\u00e4rna, d\u00e4r tankar, k\u00e4nslor och kropp samverkar genom nervsystemet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andningen spelar h\u00e4r en viktig roll. Vid stress, oro eller undertryckta k\u00e4nslor f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras andningen \u2013 den blir ytligare och mer begr\u00e4nsad. Det kan i sin tur p\u00e5verka b\u00e5de kroppens rening och dess f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I den h\u00e4r delen lyfts ocks\u00e5 vikten av att v\u00e5ga k\u00e4nna och uttrycka det som finns inom oss. Att h\u00e5lla tillbaka k\u00e4nslor under l\u00e5ng tid kan skapa en form av inre belastning, medan det motsatta \u2013 att till\u00e5ta sig att k\u00e4nna, bearbeta och uttrycka, \u00f6ppnar upp f\u00f6r l\u00e4kning och balans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ett \u00e5terkommande tema \u00e4r att m\u00e5nga som upplever obalans inom dessa omr\u00e5den ofta s\u00e4tter andra f\u00f6re sig sj\u00e4lva. Att st\u00e4ndigt finnas d\u00e4r f\u00f6r andra, men inte f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv, blir till slut en obalans som kroppen reagerar p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Att b\u00f6rja v\u00e4nda tillbaka till sig sj\u00e4lv blir d\u00e4rf\u00f6r en viktig del. Att st\u00e4lla fr\u00e5gor som:<br>Vad k\u00e4nner jag? Vad beh\u00f6ver jag? Vad vill jag?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Och att stegvis b\u00f6rja uttrycka det, s\u00e4tta gr\u00e4nser, ta plats och ge sig sj\u00e4lv samma omsorg som man ger andra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I detta ligger ocks\u00e5 ett arbete med tankar och sj\u00e4lvbild. Hur vi tolkar situationer, hur vi ser p\u00e5 oss sj\u00e4lva och vilka k\u00e4nslor vi b\u00e4r p\u00e5verkar kroppen kontinuerligt. N\u00e4r vi b\u00f6rjar bli medvetna om det, \u00f6ppnas ocks\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheten att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avslutningsvis handlar den h\u00e4r delen om att \u00e5terknyta till sig sj\u00e4lv, att inte l\u00e4ngre fly fr\u00e5n det som k\u00e4nns, utan ist\u00e4llet m\u00f6ta det.
