N\u00e4r vi slutar vara \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r nya perspektiv och ist\u00e4llet fastnar i invanda tankes\u00e4tt kan det skapa en form av stagnation, b\u00e5de mentalt och i hur vi relaterar till livet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hj\u00e4rnan beskrivs som kroppens centrala \u201cnav\u201d, d\u00e4r all information tas emot, bearbetas och skickas vidare. N\u00e4r kroppen \u00e4r i sp\u00e4nning, exempelvis vid r\u00e4dsla eller undertryckta k\u00e4nslor, kan fl\u00f6det upp mot hj\u00e4rnan p\u00e5verkas och skapa obalans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En \u00e5terkommande aspekt i denna del \u00e4r kopplingen mellan att vilja undvika och kroppens funktioner. Dessa kan ocks\u00e5 h\u00e4nga ihop med nackens tillst\u00e5nd, d\u00e4r stelhet p\u00e5verkar \u00f6gonens funktion genom kroppens muskul\u00e4ra och neurologiska samband.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ett centralt tema \u00e4r kopplingen mellan hj\u00e4rnan och magen. Den v\u00e4nstra, logiska sidan och den h\u00f6gra, kreativa. N\u00e4r den saknas blir det sv\u00e5rare f\u00f6r kroppen att \u00e5terh\u00e4mta sig och hitta balans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avslutningsvis lyfts vikten av att ta hand om b\u00e5de kropp och sinne genom kost, r\u00f6relse, \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning och att successivt hitta tillbaka till sig sj\u00e4lv.
